Cora is a guard's van who was built by Falcon Works in 1885. She came from the Mid Sodor Railway while Skarloey was away in 1951. She is mainly used for maintenance and goods trains. She is usually coupled up behind the Skarloey Railway breakdown train pulled by Rusty.

Cora is based on a brakevan from the Corris Railway that now runs on the Talyllyn Railway.

Cora is painted blue, and later grey.
